Bin Chen received the B.E. degree in microelectronics science and engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. He is currently studying toward the master degree in college of integrated circuits at Zhejiang University. His research interests include high frequency isolated power converters, synchronous rectification, GaN power devices and power management IC design.
