Yu Zuo (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Yanshan University, Qinhuangdao, China, in 2018, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2021. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in power electronics with the KU Leuven-EnergyVille Power Electronics research group, Department of Electrical Engineering (ESAT), KU Leuven, Leuven, Belgium.,His research interests include DC fast charging technology, resonant converters, and converter optimization with AI assistance.,Dr. Zuo was the recipient of the Best Presentation Award at IEEE Applied Power Electronics Conference and Exposition (APEC) in 2025, and Best Paper Award at IEEE/AIAA Transportation Electrification Conference and Electric Aircraft Technologies Symposium (ITEC+EATS) and Best Reviewer of IEEE IAS Transportation Systems Committee (TSC) in 2025. He is a Reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Journal of Emerging and Selected Topics in Power Electronics, and IEEE Transactions on Transportation Electrification.
