Yuxiao Yang received the B.S. degree in microelectronics and solid-state electronics from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2022, where he is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology. His current research interests include high-power semiconductor devices, dc circuit breakers, and power management integrated circuits.
