Changwei Lei is a master candidate in College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University. He received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China in 2024. He is currently working toward the MS. degree in power electronics with the College of Electrical Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China. His research interests include design and applications of silicon carbide power devices.
