Md Nahid Islam is a second-year Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Alabama. He earned his B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet, Bangladesh, graduating with a Distinction award. He has authored and co-authored over 10 publications in reputable journals and IEEE conference proceedings. His research interests include power electronic converters, battery management systems, wireless power transfer, and renewable energy systems.
