Yushi Yang received the B.S. and M.Eng. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Sichuan University, China, in 2023. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Arkansas. His research interests include soft-switching techniques for motor drives, silicon carbide (SiC) device applications, sensorless control, and modulation strategies for multilevel inverters.
