Song Keqi received his B.Eng. degree from Southwest Jiaotong University (Chengdu, China) and his M.Phil. degree from City University of Hong Kong. He is currently a Ph.D. student at City University of Hong Kong, supervised by Prof. CHUNG Henry Shu-Hung. His research interests include device characterization, power MOSFETs, and reliability and diagnostics.
