Dr. Varadarajan is the Director of Technology Development leading GaN power device development at Power Integrations in San Jose, CA. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of power semiconductors and has more than 20 publications and patents. Dr. Varadarajan obtained his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York.
