Dr. Varadarajan is the Sr. Director of GaN Platform Strategy at Power Integrations in San Jose, CA. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of power semiconductors and has more than 30 publications and patents. Dr. Varadarajan obtained his B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from National Institute of Technology (NIT), Surathkal, India, followed by the M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.
