PE-Systems
Tristan Evans, PhD, is an R&D engineer at PE-Systems GmbH. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of power electronics—pursuing research topics focused on semiconductor packaging, characterization, modeling, and module design. Since 2023 he has been a member of PE-Systems where he and his colleagues are bringing design automation techniques to the field of power electronics through automated measurement and data management coupled with the development of design and modeling software tools. Earlier he worked in the R&D department of ROHM Semiconductor at their headquarters in Kyoto. Most recently he was awarded a PhD from the University of Arkansas in Electrical Engineering where he researched power converter synthesis techniques.
