Dr. Varaha Satya Bharath Kurukuru is working as a scientist specializing in System-Level Integration Technologies within the Power Electronics Research Division at Silicon Austria Labs, since 2022. He holds a PhD focused on the intelligent monitoring of power electronics. His expertise includes the characterization of power semiconductors, data analysis and AI model development for health and condition monitoring, and the development of secure and dependable power electronics systems. His research interests include AI-enabled prognostics, digital twins, and advanced converter control architectures, with applications across automotive, renewable, and industrial power systems.
