I am Zhou Chengyuan, a second-year master's student at Zhejiang University. My long-term research goal is to address several key reliability issues in third-generation wide bandgap semiconductor devices. My current research focuses on the surge robustness of SiC MOSFETs and the surge failure mechanisms of GaN HEMTs.
