Cambridge GaN Devices
David Miller is a Senior Application Engineer at Cambridge GaN devices, which he joined in 2021. After graduating from univeristy in 2010, his main focus was digital electronics and robotics. Since joining CGD, David was forced to relearn everything lost in the preceding 11 years!
At CGD his area of interest for the last 1.5 years has been paralleling GaN devices, both as a pure GaN solution and with IGBTs. In particular doing deep dives into what happens during turn-on and turn-off events and how the loop parasitics and gate drive influence the circuit.
