Dr. Brian Rowden is a senior research and development staff member in the Power Electronics System Integration lab at Oak Ridge National Laboratory with a BS Ceramic Materials Engineering and a MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering and 25 years of experience in microelectronics and power electronics packaging, material development, thermal management, and system design. His current work is centered around power electronics packaigng, advanced component design, and system integration for areas ranging from extreme fast charging, renewable integration, grid interaces, and transportation.
