This digest proposes a self-powered passive medical system that innovatively integrates transient parity-time (PT) symmetric theory with human body-coupled radiative triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) technology. The system aims to achieve simultaneous powering and monitoring for cardiac pacemakers. Within this system, the TENG-based wireless power transfer loop employs a body-coupled radiative method operating at 40MHz, effectively overcoming the efficiency degradation caused by coil misalignment inherent in traditional non-radiative near-field systems. Furthermore, the constructed transient PT-symmetric sensing system leverages the square-root response near exceptional points, demonstrating an ultra-high sensitivity enhancement compared to conventional linear sensing systems. The energy transfer and sensing functionalities were experimentally validated, establishing a technical paradigm for the next generation of wearable passive devices.
