Pengkun Liu is the Systems Manager at Texas Instruments GaN Product Line. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in 2021. He joined Texas Instruments the same year, where he is currently leading the systems team to define TI GaN product portfolio and roadmaps. His research interests include wide-bandgap power device driving, high-density power converters, and power semiconductor packaging.
