Davide Bisi is a Senior Manager at Renesas Electronics. He is located in Goleta, California, where he leads device design and integration. Davide has more than 14 years of experience on GaN materials, devices and applications. He is now leading the development of bidirectional GaN products and their adoption into successful applications. Davide holds a PhD from University of Padova and joined Transphorm in 2016, now Renesas. He has co-authored more than 70 peer-reviewed publications and has been awarded 7 utility patents.
