Yu Lu Huang holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly, SLO). Yu Lu joined Transphorm in 2011 as a Test Engineer and has been the Device Characterization and Test Engineering Manager since 2022. After Transphorm became part of Renesas Electronics in 2024, Yu Lu continued to focus on advancing GaN technology, with expertise in device characterization, high-power testing, and reliability.
