Dilip Rana (S’24) received the B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, Nepal, in 2022. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with the Exponential Power Electronics Research Team at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, USA.

His research interests include wide-bandgap semiconductor-based power electronics, cryogenic power applications, and reliability studies of power semiconductor devices.
