Honglang Zhang (Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronic information engineering from the Changchun University of Science and Technology, Changchun, China, in 2020. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China.,His research interests include wide bandgap power device applications and power converters.
