Mohammad B. Shadmand received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, USA, in 2015. From 2017 to 2020, he was an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Kansas State University. Since 2020, he is an Assistant Professor with the University of Illinois at Chicago. His current research interests include resilient power electronics dominated grids. He has published more than 150 jorunal and conference papers. He has awarded multiple best paper awards at different IEEE conferences.
