Thiyu Warnakulasooriya (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received his B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering, electronics, and information engineering, and his M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering in 2022, and 2024, respectively, from the Nagoya University, Nagoya, Japan. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. in electrical engineering at the same University. His research interests include power module packaging, electromagnetic interference and GaN applications.
