Hande Kong (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in rail transportation signal and control engineering from Central South University, Changsha, China, and the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Madison, WI, USA. At UW–Madison, he conducted research with the Wisconsin Electric Machines and Power Electronics Consortium (WEMPEC), focusing on the experimental characterization of monolithic GaN bidirectional switches and four-quadrant double-pulse testing. His research interests include wide-bandgap power devices, high-performance power converters, and power electronics for electric vehicles, data centers, and renewable energy systems.
