Finwave Semiconductor Inc.
Bin Lu is cofounder and former CTO/CEO of Finwave Semiconductor, Inc., a startup spun-off from MIT. He was recipient of 2012 IEEE EDS George Smith Award. His work on GaN devices include over 30 publications, 2 book chapters and over 30 issued patents and applications. Dr. Lu received his PhD and M.S. from MIT and B.S. from Tsinghua University.
