Robert Bosch Semiconductor LLC
Johannes Maximilian Meckbach is a senior manager with a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany. Since joining Bosch in 2014, he has held a range of roles spanning MEMS production, research and development, and global cost and benchmarking expertise.
Today, Johannes leads the Engineering Power Components North America R&D organization in Roseville, California, where Bosch is ramping the second 200 mm SiC front‑end.
