North Carolina State University
Srdjan Lukic is the Lampe Distinguished Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NC State University, Raleigh, NC, USA, and serves as Deputy Director of the NSF FREEDM Systems Center. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, IL, in 2008. His research focuses on power electronics, power systems, and the design and control of DC microgrids and solid-state transformers. He has authored and co-authored numerous journal and conference papers in these areas and has led multiple federally funded research projects. Dr. Lukic is an active member of the IEEE Power Electronics Society and the IEEE Power & Energy Society and has contributed to the advancement of next-generation electric power infrastructure through research, education, and industry collaboration.
