Wen-Xin Wu (Mia Wu) is a Ph.D. student in the PhD Program for Integrated Circuit Design and Automation at National Taiwan University (NTU), advised by Prof. Ching-Jan Chen. Her research focuses on high-performance gate-driver integrated circuits for SiC-based power converters, with particular emphasis on active current-source gate drivers, closed-loop slew-rate control, EMI mitigation, and switching-loss reduction. She specializes in analog IC design, layout optimization, and power electronics, and has completed three chip tape-outs in TSMC 0.18-µm HV BCD technology. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked as a back-end process integration engineer at TSMC in the A14 R&D platform, where she was responsible for design-rule relaxation evaluation and yield-degradation root-cause analysis. an author of an APEC 2026 accepted paper on closed-loop slew-rate control gate drivers for SiC MOSFETs.
